We’re general contractors specializing in energy-efficient residential construction in the Upper Valley of Vermont and New Hampshire.
New Construction
From custom homes to small apartment buildings, we’re a full service general contractor for new construction projects. We like to get involved early to support design, permitting, and budgeting. From there, we’ll manage all trades and bring in our in-house crew of carpenters.
Renovations
We love renovating old buildings. Kitchen and bath remodels; gut renovations; energy retrofits; finished garage or basement areas; reinforcement of foundations, walls, and roof systems—from cosmetic to structural, we’ve got you covered.
ADUs
An Accessory Dwelling Unit—or ADU—is an extra living space on the same lot as your home. Use it for an additional income stream, co-location of family members, or as standalone space for hosting guests. Learn more about our process for building ADUs.

Who we are
First and foremost, we’re builders.
We take pride in building things that look nice, are functional, and people love to use.
To that end, our company ethos is defined by collaboration and curiosity.
Collaboration—between owner, architects, engineers, consultants, our carpentry crew, and subcontractors, we might have 50+ people involved in getting a project over the finish line. Without a strong collaborative spirit, we would not be able to successfully deliver the projects that we do.
Curiosity—building practices are constantly evolving. We relish this, finding sincere enjoyment in the research and implementation of the fresh nerdy construction stuff. It’s what allows us to build better products and discover new cost-effective methods of construction.
