This 6-unit apartment building built in 1905 started as a dilapidated triplex with a vacant horse barn attached. The project is being phased, with the first unit occupied in February 2024. The project was completed and occupied in October 2024.

The building required a complete gut renovation. New electrical, plumbing, and mechanicals in addition to some involved structural work.

Ultimately, the building will be home to six high-efficiency apartments each equipped with their own Mitsubishi Hyper Heat heat pumps, heat recovery ventilation (HRV) systems, and washer/dryers.
